PHILLIPSBURG, NJ - CBS is reportedly preparing a new season of Survivor in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, after producers discovered the town already has everything needed for a survival competition.

No tropical island. No remote jungle. Just Phillipsburg.

Contestants will face a series of grueling challenges designed to test their endurance, patience, and ability to navigate town without requiring medical attention.

Among the proposed challenges:

The Walters Park Bathroom Challenge: Contestants must survive an entire night inside the urine-scented public restrooms. No sleeping bags. No blankets. Just bare skin, cold cement, stainless steel, and eight uninterrupted hours of questioning every decision that brought them here. Anyone who actually falls asleep wins immunity.

The Spruce Alley Sprint: Contestants race barefoot through the alley, dodging broken pavement, mysterious liquids, discarded hypodermic needles, shell casings, and several objects that haven’t been identified since 1997. First to reach the finish line without requiring a tetanus shot wins.

The Phillipsburg Dog Park Obstacle Course: Contestants must navigate a field, while barefoot, of strategically placed dog waste while avoiding unexpected encounters with dogs whose owners insist “they’re harmless”.

The Mercer Street Immunity Dive: Following a heavy rainstorm, producers will hide an immunity idol inside a submerged traffic cone on Mercer Street. Contestants must retrieve the idol from the murky floodwater and race it back to the Shappell Park gazebo. Swallowing the water doesn’t automatically disqualify you, but producers strongly recommend updating your medical insurance before participating.

Producers say the challenges will require unprecedented physical and psychological endurance.

Contestants have not yet been selected or announced. Producers are reportedly searching for individuals with exceptional physical endurance and questionable judgment.

While the first requirement may prove difficult, Phillipsburg has no shortage of candidates who meet the second.

However, the most difficult challenge has been reserved for the season finale.

The Final Immunity Challenge: Curbside Jenga: The final two contestants face off against a towering pile of discarded furniture, broken appliances, mattresses, and household junk collected from Phillipsburg sidewalks. Contestants will take turns removing one item at a time without bringing down the pile.

The first person to trigger an avalanche of household garbage loses.

The winner will receive an all-expenses-paid weekend vacation to Easton, Pennsylvania, including two nights in a hotel, complimentary meals, and the opportunity to experience a town they’ll probably want to permanently relocate to after surviving Phillipsburg.

CBS has not confirmed the production, and contestants have yet to be selected. However, after word spread that the grand prize was an all-expenses-paid weekend in Easton, applications reportedly began pouring in.
